Issues from Forage Competition 2019.

No issues were raised, only praise for the Judge, Sion Williams in the way he conducted the judging and his comments at the prize giving. The speakers from Harbro and Glasson grain were excellent.

Summer meeting, Date and Location.

Although it was agreed at the last committee meeting to visit J.McIntosh in Wigtownshire, subject to his approval, the second choice of Mark Calendar, Croft Head, Crocketford, Castle Douglas was dropped, as the farm has  already a number of visits planned by other farmer organisations.

Another option suggested, was that the Society links with a proposed visit of the East of Scotland Society to our area during the summer.

A further option was to discontinue the summer meeting, as in the past this event had n not been well supported.
